Effective Date: March 2025

Welcome to Cade Travel Co. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using cadetravelco.com (the “Website”) and/or booking travel services through Cade Travel Co., you agree, on behalf of yourself and all travelers included in your bookings, to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Review Your Documents

Please check all travel documents when you receive them and notify us promptly of any errors. Names must match government-issued IDs exactly. Contact us immediately if you have questions. You are responsible for reviewing all confirmations and understanding cancellation policies for your reservations.

2. We Act as an Agent

Cade Travel Co. acts solely as an independent agent arranging travel services with third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rental companies, and other providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own or operate any travel services and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of Suppliers. Any bookings are governed by the Supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies, which may limit or exclude liability. If your plans are changed or cancelled by a Supplier, your rights are determined by their policies. We are not responsible for Supplier defaults, bankruptcy, or refusal to provide services.

3. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. Cade Travel Co. assumes no responsibility for acts of God, weather, pandemics, health risks, terrorism, unsafe conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. You accept all risks associated with your travel plans. We encourage you to stay informed about your destination through the U.S. State Department (www.travel.state.gov) and the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov/travel).

4. Check-In and Identification

Allow sufficient time for airport check-in: minimum 1–1.5 hours for domestic flights and 2–3 hours for international flights. All travelers must present valid government-issued photo identification. Starting May 7, 2025, U.S. domestic travelers must present a Real ID-compliant ID or an acceptable alternative. For details visit www.dhs.gov/real-id.

5. Passports & Visas

For international travel, you must have a valid passport and may require visas or other documents. Many countries require passports to be valid for six months beyond your return date. Non-U.S. citizens may have additional requirements. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Please verify entry requirements well in advance.

6. Prices, Changes & Fees

Travel prices, itineraries, and schedules are based on current information and may change without notice due to Supplier or government actions, currency fluctuations, or fuel surcharges. Suppliers may impose additional fees after booking — you consent to pay such increases. If fares drop after booking, we may attempt to assist with rebooking, if permitted by the Supplier, but cannot guarantee refunds. Discounted fares often carry restrictions.

7. Reservation Violations

You agree not to engage in prohibited ticketing practices (e.g., hidden-city, back-to-back, or point-beyond ticketing). Airlines may cancel such reservations and impose penalties. You agree to indemnify Cade Travel Co. for any resulting claims.

8. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

To cancel or change a reservation, you must follow Supplier policies. Refunds, if any, are subject to those policies and may incur processing fees. We are not responsible for losses if you fail to cancel or change according to Supplier terms. Hotels typically require cancellation within specified timeframes to avoid penalties.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, or Supplier insolvency. Insurance coverage is governed solely by the terms of the policy issued by the insurer. We make no guarantees regarding coverage decisions by insurers. You agree to hold Cade Travel Co. harmless if you decline travel insurance.

10. Supplier Insolvency

If a Supplier declares bankruptcy, it may not honor your booking. Cade Travel Co. is not responsible for losses due to Supplier insolvency. We recommend travel insurance that includes Supplier default coverage where available.

11. Limitations & Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cade Travel Co.’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount you paid for our services. Any claims must be presented in writing within 30 days of trip completion, and any lawsuit must be filed within one year. You agree that any legal action shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
